Luna de Noche

7927 Forest Lane
Dallas, TX 75230
972-233-1880
Website
An attractive, sort-of upscale Mexican joint with mouth-watering fare, including the delicious, cilantro-heavy salsa and the best bean soup we've had in Dallas. The dining room has a night-sky motif, complete with delicate twinkling stars affixed to the vaulted ceiling. Service is exceptional. Especially noteworthy menu items are La Portabello Negra, shredded beef piled on a large grilled portabello mushroom topped with melted cheese, and the delectable shredded beef enchiladas in a tangy tomatillo sauce. The bean soup was richly flavored and spiked with chunks of meaty bacon.
